1. The service
TechAlpino provides an AI assistant that answers guest inquiries for hotels, restaurants and wineries, prepares bookings, adds them to the client's calendar and blocks rooms, tables or spaces to prevent double bookings, using integrations with the client's existing tools.
2. Owner approval
The client approves every booking, reply and offer before it is confirmed or sent. TechAlpino does not confirm bookings on the client's behalf without that approval.
3. No lock-in
Leave anytime. Managed plans include free setup (normally €690 + IVA) when you stay 12 months. If you leave earlier, you pay only the unused part of the setup fee: €57.50 + IVA for each remaining month. Cancel with 30 days notice.

6. WhatsApp fees
WhatsApp messages carry a small Meta fee of a few cents per message, passed through at cost with no markup.
7. VAT
Prices are shown + IVA (VAT). TechAlpino sells only to businesses, not to consumers. We ask for your partita IVA (VAT number) before payment. Adige Consulting LLC charges no IVA: invoices are issued under reverse charge with the line 'IVA assolta dal cliente in inversione contabile (art. 7 ter DPR 633/72)'.
8. Guest data
The client is responsible for obtaining any consent required from its guests for the collection and processing of their data.
9. AI processing
Guest messages are processed by third party AI providers under zero data retention terms, so providers do not keep the content after processing.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
